Prismora, founded in 2025, welcomed our first collective event – not just a simple gathering, but also the first foundation of our corporate culture and the first resonance of our team soul. From here, we officially stand shoulder to shoulder and embark on a common entrepreneurial journey.

Chapter 1: Breaking the Ice: From Name to Partner
The activity begins in a relaxed and fun ice breaking game. Colleagues from all over the world and with different backgrounds quickly broke the sense of unfamiliarity between each other through several carefully designed interactive activities. Amidst the laughter and joy, what we remember is no longer just each other’s names and positions, but also interesting personalities and shared hobbies. At this moment, we start merging from independent individuals into a warm collective.

Chapter 2: Collaboration – The First Team Challenge
We have started our first team collaboration challenge game – Building a Tower Together. From strategic planning to execution, from encountering bottlenecks to working together to solve them, we quickly went through the entire process of formation, adaptation, and efficient collaboration. This fun game allows us to truly experience that communication, trust, and complementarity will be the cornerstone that supports us in facing all future challenges.

Chapter 3: Consensus · Describing the Same Blueprint
Founder Anne sat around with everyone, without cold PPTs, only sincere sharing. We clearly explained the original intention of founding Prismora: “Why do we gather? Where are we going? What value will we create?” We had an open discussion and brainstorming session about the company’s core vision and product concept. Every member’s voice is heard, and sparks of ideas collide here, collectively depicting a blueprint for the future that belongs to all of us.

Chapter 4: Co creation and Planting the Seeds of Culture
At the end of the event, we held a special ceremony: each person wrote down a word of expectation for the company culture on the “culture tree” (such as “extreme”, “shared responsibility”, “innovation”). This simple ceremony symbolizes that the seeds of company culture are planted by us and will be nurtured and grown together.

The first gathering has come to an end, and the spark has already ignited. For Prismora, everything has just begun.
